Hi, I’m Rachel! 🤍 I’m a Registered Nurse and Certified Lactation Counselor with nearly 5 years of experience caring for moms and babies in labor & delivery, postpartum, and special care nursery. I created Root & Rise to bring compassionate, evidence-based lactation support directly to families in their homes. My goal is to meet you where you are, answer your questions, build your confidence, and help you feel supported throughout your feeding journey. You don’t have to navigate it alone!
