The AI-generated note is always reviewed and approved by you before saving — the AI assists, but your clinical judgment decides. All processing runs under signed BAAs with HIPAA-compliant infrastructure.
Does LactaRoute offer telehealth?
Yes. Integrated HIPAA-compliant video visits are available as a $10/provider/month add-on on the Plus and Pro plans, powered by encrypted real-time streaming. Video is never recorded or stored — only session metadata (start time, duration) is saved to the clinical record.
