Accessibility Statement
Effective April 1, 2026
Our Commitment
LactaRoute is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
Measures Taken
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
- Color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA standards
- Keyboard-navigable interface for all interactive elements
- Form labels and error messages associated with their respective inputs
- Responsive design supporting screen magnification and mobile devices
- Alt text for meaningful images and icons
- Focus indicators visible on all interactive elements
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may have limitations:
- PDF documents generated by the platform may not be fully screen-reader compatible
- Some third-party integrations (Stripe checkout, Google Calendar) have their own accessibility profiles
- The signature pad drawing feature requires mouse or touch input; typed signatures are always available as an alternative
