Questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial is 14 days of everything in Pro, and it asks for nothing up front.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your practice moves to Free. Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted. You keep booking, calendar sync and your clients, and you can upgrade whenever you like to bring the rest back.
I already pay for LactaRoute. Do these prices change mine?
No. A practice that was paying when these prices began keeps the terms it subscribed on for as long as the subscription stays active. Your Billing page always shows the prices that apply to you.
Who counts as a seat on Pro?
Only people who see patients. Pro includes the first; each clinician after that is $25 a month. Reception, billers and mentees are free. Deactivating someone stops their seat.
What is charged by use?
On Free, signed notes past three a month are $1.50 each. Scribed minutes past your plan’s allowance are $0.05 a minute. Interpreter captions are $10 per translated visit. Each one is on your invoice by name.
Can I leave?
Yes, at any time, from your Billing page. You can export your practice’s records before you go.
